• Information provided when scheduling or attending a complimentary discovery call through Zoom.

• Programme purchase, scheduling, and participation information.

• Communications relating to your sessions, programmes, or enquiries.

• Billing and transaction information. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Aligned with Adrine does not directly collect or store your complete payment card details.

• Information you voluntarily share during coaching sessions, discovery calls, workshops, or programme activities.

• Your marketing and communication preferences.

• Technical information, including your IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and website usage information.

• Cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent where required.

Because of the nature of our programmes, you may voluntarily disclose information relating to your emotional or physical wellbeing. Where this is considered sensitive or “special category” data under the GDPR, we will process it only when an appropriate legal basis applies, including your explicit consent where required.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through the general website contact form unless it is necessary.

3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information:

• Directly from you when you contact us, complete a form, schedule a complimentary discovery call, purchase a programme, or subscribe to our communications.

• During discovery calls, coaching sessions, workshops, programmes, or email conversations.

• When you make a payment through Stripe.

• Automatically through cookies and website analytics.

• Through service providers that support our website, payments, video calls, email communications, and business administration.

After purchasing a programme through Stripe, you will be contacted directly to arrange your schedule.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and communicate with you.

• Arrange and deliver discovery calls, sessions, workshops, programmes, or other services.

• Manage programme purchases, payments, scheduling, rescheduling, and client support.

• Personalise your experience and provide appropriate programme support.

• Send newsletters, updates, or promotional communications when you have consented or when otherwise legally permitted.

• Improve our website, services, and communications.

• Protect the security and integrity of our website and systems.

• Zoom, which is used to conduct complimentary discovery calls and may also be used for online sessions.

• Accounting, legal, and other professional advisers.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and, where applicable, on our instructions. They are expected to use appropriate safeguards to protect personal information.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

• Client, programme, and scheduling records are retained for up to five years after the programme or client relationship ends.

• Session notes and information voluntarily shared during programmes are retained for up to three years after the client relationship ends.

• Payment and financial records associated with Stripe transactions are retained for up to seven years, or longer where required by applicable law.

• Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent, or request its deletion.

• Website analytics and cookie information may be retained for up to 14 months, depending on the settings of the relevant platform.

We may retain limited information for longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

11. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping any passwords or access links provided to you confidential.
