Visualized Energy Practice is a non-religious self-care and emotional wellbeing practice focused on grounding, mindfulness, visualization, and nervous-system regulation. We all carry the effects of the people and environments around us. After a long day you feel drained, because you made decisions, managed emotions, and absorbed other people's stress. This practice gives you a simple, repeatable way to release that and return to yourself.
